As Seen On

Past Press from the "Sun Marker"

At Suncayr, our goal is to provide people awareness of their UV exposure

When we started this company, our initial idea was give people awareness through a colour changing ink that they could draw onto themselves. Imagine a "Crayola marker".

However, Suncayr now makes SPOT! We're super excited to bring this product to market. The marker concept product will not be for sale in the near future.

that being said...

We received a ton of awesome press and many awards from many dedicated journalists and groups while developing the "marker" concept product!

Our research is about science and engineering at the atomic scale. The extraordinary range of possibilities offered by nanotechnology is based on the fact that the properties of materials change – sometimes radically – when their size approaches that of a few tens or hundreds of atoms.By taking advantage of the unique phenomena which predominate at the atomic-scale, our scientists and engineering are discovering and developing nano-materials, nano-electronics, nano-instrumentation and nano-biosystems that will fundamentally change the world.

We take a hands-on approach to developing chemistry and materials-science innovations. From helping commercialize academic and entrepreneurial discoveries to providing established companies a confidential space to expand their R&D capabilities, we transform chemistry breakthroughs into products and services that will enhance quality of life and preserve the environment for future generations.
